MISBHV offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that certain items such as underwear and swimwear are non-returnable due to hygiene standards.
Register Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and dust bags are included, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
